Privacy

eFinder uses account information to provide and secure your workspace. Research runs only when an authenticated user requests it and is limited to public professional information relevant to that target.

Information used

We store account profile details, workspace activity, credit records, saved professional contacts, and the evidence needed to explain a Resolution. We do not intentionally collect family information, home addresses, sensitive attributes, or personal social profiles.

Retention and control

Professional contact data is treated as current for 90 days and must then be refreshed before sensitive fields can be exported. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@efinder.io.

Service providers

eFinder uses Supabase for authentication and workspace data, Vercel for the website and server functions, Gemini for grounded public research, and the eFinder resolution service for professional email evidence. Stripe processes payments and holds card details; we receive only a customer reference and the amount paid. Provider credentials stay server-side.
